Keyboard Mountain
Part of the keyboard mountain!
Pete and his team in the warehouse are allegedly planning to make a huge tower out of them to play a supersized (life threatening) game of “Tetris”.
I think we’ll have to propose an alternative distraction due to H&S issues…
September madness Begins!
This year is no exception with the phones suddenly bursting in to life with schools, teachers and parents calling wanting instruments delivered ASAP.
The sales office working hard (or at least pretending)
This year’s chaos has extra spice by the continuing programme of Instrumental fund orders coming from Local Authority Music Services. We are currently still delivering orders from the 07/08 season on the one hand whilst taking orders for 08/09 on the other!
Consequently availability of some instruments is becoming a major issue – which can be a frustration for both us and customers.
Meanwhile the warehouse is operating at full thottle – over 600 parcel movements a day (around 300 in, 300 out).
Today’s items for despatch
